Shipped Buylist FAQ

Buylist FAQ

Do I need to submit a card list?

No.
We don’t require a card list, spreadsheet, or scanner export.

Just submit the form, ship your cards, and we’ll handle inspection and pricing once they arrive. If you’ve avoided online buylists because they’re too complicated, this is exactly what we built this for.

How does pricing work if I don’t submit a list?

We inspect every card in hand and make an offer based on:

  • Current TCGPlayer market value

  • Card condition

  • Overall demand and liquidity

Cards valued $2 or more are purchased at a percentage of market value.
Cards under $2 are treated as bulk, regardless of condition.

You’ll receive a clear offer breakdown by email after inspection.

You can find our buyrates here or check out our local buylist form under the "sell to us" tab.

What condition standards do you use?

We use condition standards based on the TCGplayer condition guide.

Final condition determination is made by our staff during inspection. Differences in condition are the most common reason prices vary from expectations, which is why we review cards in hand instead of relying on pre-submitted lists.

You can view our full condition guide here.

What games do you buy?

We currently accept select trading card games. Accepted games and any exclusions are listed on the buylist submission page.

If you’re unsure whether something is eligible, feel free to contact us before shipping.

What happens after I submit the form?

  1. You submit the mail-in buylist form

  2. We email you shipping instructions

  3. You ship your cards to us

  4. We inspect and price your cards

  5. You receive an offer by email

You can then accept the offer and get paid, or decline and request return shipping.

How long does the process take?

Typical turnaround:

  • Inspection & offer: within a few business days of arrival

  • Payment: shortly after offer acceptance

Large or high-value submissions may take slightly longer.

What if I disagree with the offer?

You’re never obligated to accept.

If you decline the offer:

  • Your cards will be returned

  • Return shipping must be paid before cards are sent back

Once an offer is accepted and payment is sent, ownership of the cards transfers to us and returns are no longer possible.

Do you offer store credit?

Yes — and it comes with a bonus.

Choosing store credit adds a bonus to your payout and avoids processing delays. Many sellers prefer this option, especially if they plan on shopping with us again.

Do you pay via PayPal?

Yes. PayPal is available as a payout option.

You’ll select your preferred payout method during submission.

Can I include bulk cards?

Yes.

Cards valued under $2 are purchased as bulk. Bulk pricing details are available here.

You may also choose to have bulk returned at your expense.

Are there any minimums or limits?

We may set minimum submission sizes or payout limits for mail-in buylists. These are listed on the submission page.

For very large or high-value collections, we recommend contacting us before shipping.

What about counterfeits or altered cards?

Counterfeit or altered cards are not eligible for purchase and may be returned or disposed of according to our policy.

Why don’t you pre-quote prices?

Because condition matters.

Pre-quoting without seeing cards often leads to disputes, rejections, and frustration. Inspecting cards first lets us make a fair offer based on their actual condition and current market value.

Still have questions?

We’re happy to help.

If you’re unsure about anything, contact us before shipping and a real person will get back to you.

If you’ve ever avoided online buylists because they felt confusing or time-consuming, we built this process for you.
